Terms of service

These terms govern your use of SupremeGoldenDesk.

What the service is

SupremeGoldenDesk is software that shows the status, the rules and the journal of a simulated trading desk. All accounts on the desk are paper accounts: no order reaches a broker or an exchange.

The service is information. It is not investment advice, it is not a recommendation, and it does not receive or manage funds.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old. One person may hold one account. Keep your password private and your details accurate.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. We will tell you why, unless the law prevents it.

The demo

The demo is free and needs no payment details. It gives you personal access to the desk. We may change or close it at any time, and we tell you by email before we close it.

Acceptable use

Do not copy or resell the data shown on the desk, automate access to it, or try to get around its limits or its security.

Availability

The desk depends on data from third parties. Data can be delayed, wrong or missing; when we know it is, the page says so. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Liability

You alone are responsible for any decision you take. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from trading or investment decisions. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version you accepted is recorded with your account, and we tell you before a change that affects you takes effect.
